Throughout the month of October, Pinnacle’s Financial Accountant, James, will be running 100 miles in support of Breast Cancer awareness month – the most common cancer in women the UK with one woman diagnosed every 10 minutes.
The Challenge…
Throughout October, James will be completing 3.2 miles per day. James mission, to raise awareness and vital funds in a bid to treat the 55,000 women and 370 men diagnosed with breast cancer each year within the UK.
James, an avid runner, took part a similar challenge in February of this year, completing 100 miles in aid of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Commenting on his upcoming challenge, James comments “Breast Cancer Research is a charity that is really important to me. When I was only 10 Years old, I had to watch my mum battle this dreadful illness and she never let it get the better of her, she always remained strong. This charity provides support, provides care and I would just like to do my bit to ensure that this amazing charity has the support in return to allow them to continue with their great work.”
