Pinnacle is pleased to announce its successful recertification for ISO9001 Quality Management & ISO14001 Environmental Management accreditations, which have been awarded for another 12 months.

ISO9001 is the international standard that measures our framework for quality management. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus and the motivation and implication of top management, with a process driven approach ensuring continued improvement. Having this consistent approach ensures our products and services meet our customer’s needs.

ISO 14001 is the international standard for our Environmental management framework. Having a process driven approach ensures our business leaders and managers are accountable and aware of our legal and regulatory environmental responsibilities, prescribing a structured approach to environmental protection. This approach enables us to continually improve our commitment to reducing waste and carbon emissions throughout our supply chain and business practices, lowering the business’ overall environmental liability.
