Pinnacle Documents Solutions Group have donated cotton bags to the NHS staff at Wotton Lawn Hospital, Gloucestershire Health & Care and Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. These bags have been donated by Pinnacle to ensure the safe transition and launder of staff uniform, to further prevent the unnecessary spread of Coronavirus.
Lauren Martin, Health and Exercise Practitioner at Wotton Lawn said “I would like to say a massive thank you to Pinnacle Document Solutions Group for their very kind donation of the cotton bags to enable the safe laundering of potentially infectious NHS uniforms.”
Lauren continues “To date, the UK has over 98,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with the death toll hitting over 12,000. These are pretty harrowing figures. Therefore, it is imperative that staff do all they can to prevent the spread. One way of enabling this is by wearing appropriate PPE and by ensuring staff change their clothes before and after their shifts and by washing their work uniforms separately on a 60 degree or more wash. By using the bags provided by Pinnacle Document Solutions Group, it will allow for safe washing and allow non-contaminated items to remain separate from all other personal items. Without these bags, we risk spreading the virus further. Stay safe, stay home, protect the NHS .”
Pinnacle are continuing to support NHS and Healthcare workers to stay safe while working on the frontline by encouraging local businesses to sponsor essential items such as launder bags for staff.
