Pinnacle is nothing without the people working behind the scenes. Pinnacle’s people go the extra mile every day for our customers, so we thought it was time to give a shout-out to our team.
In this new segment, we will introduce the people of Pinnacle, by asking questions so that you can get a better understanding of who Pinnacle really are!
This month, we spoke with Kate, our Sales and Marketing Assistant. But this title doesn’t do Kate justice as she gets involved with pretty much everything.
Q: When did you join Pinnacle, and what is your favourite moment to date?
I joined Pinnacle in March 2022, my favourite moment to date… There are too many; it is such a fun place to work 🤣
Q: Can you share a standout project or achievement that you’re particularly proud to have been a part of?
I am particularly proud to be part of Pinnacle’s Charity Events. We support some incredible causes, and I love being a part of organising and running these events that make such a difference to these charities.
Q: What’s one industry trend that excites you, and how do you see it impacting our work at Pinnacle?
I am excited about RPA. It is a little daunting, but I know it will do incredible things, not just for Pinnacle but for all of our customers, too.
Q: If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
I would have dinner with Princess Diana, an amazing, inspiring woman with so much to give.
Q: Can you share a unique or unexpected skill you have?
My unexpected skill is singing, but I am very shy about this, so I always need a little Dutch courage 🥂
Q: In your opinion, what sets Pinnacle apart from competitors in our industry?
Pinnacle work with their customers to create the perfect solution for their business needs. We care about our customers and take the time to find what fits them, never a one-size-fits-all all approach.
