This month we have decided to highlight Lynne! Lynne works very closely with the Pinnacle team but manages and operates from Pinnacle’s sister company, Fast Technologies.

Q: What is your role at Pinnacle, and what are your primary responsibilities?
My primary role is customer and administration support. I work through orders and ensure that Pinnacle and Fast’s customers are well taken care of and have maintenance and support for all their devices.
Q: How long have you worked at Pinnacle?
Overall, for 12 years, I left Pinnacle for a short time, but when the opportunity to return presented itself, I jumped at the chance.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love ensuring my customers and contacts are well looked after and being part of the Pinnacle family.
Q: Do you have any favourite books, movies, or podcasts that you would recommend to others?
My favourites are James Patterson’s books. Especially the Alex Cross books, if you like a who-done-it.
As for the film Big Daddy with Adam Sandler, it is just a really enjoyable film.
Q: Is there any advice you would give someone starting their career?
Find a job you will enjoy, work hard at it, and become successful. If the job isn’t for you, don’t be afraid to take a different path.
