The Pinnacle Group, a Cardiff-based Managed Print and Software Solutions business, presents a cheque for £5,000 to 2 Wish Upon A Star following a year of fundraising events for their chosen 2018 charity.
Pinnacle hosted an array of charity events including a summer family cruise, golf day and masquerade ball which saw staff, families, charity volunteers and even Pinnacle customers join together to raise awareness and vital funds for the South Wales based Charity.
Sarah Morgan-Davies, Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Manager for 2 Wish Upon A Star comments, “We were absolutely thrilled to be chosen as the charity partner for Pinnacle for 2018 and their support has been invaluable”.
Sarah explains, “We are an all-Wales charity who rely entirely on the generosity of our supporters. We do not receive any government funding, so charity partnerships are fundamental to us continuing our vital work. Pinnacle have been intrinsic in enabling us to be there for the over 145 families that have been referred to us this year alone. They have really immersed themselves in the 2 Wish family and have held fantastic events throughout the year including a boat trip around Cardiff, a charity Golf Day at The Vale Resort, a hike up Pen-y-Fan and a fantastic masquerade ball at Hensol Castle. Everyone at Pinnacle and their associates have helped raise awareness and vital funds and the total of £5,000 that has been donated is truly incredible. This money will be used to help families here in Wales during their darkest hours”.

The Pinnacle Group were honoured to support such a fantastic charity and were overwhelmed by the support they received, allowing them to present the final amount to the charity. Pinnacle look forward to further involvement with the charity in the New Year.
